Below are the floor plan rates (per semester) for the 2024-2025 Academic Year. All available floor plans include Wi-Fi, utilities, and free laundry.

Per Person Semester Rate: $7,155.00
Occupancy: Full suite is occupied by one resident.
Bedroom: Full size bed, two dressers, and a desk and chair

Kitchen: Full kitchen including a full sized refrigerator, stove/oven, dish washer, microwave, and sink
Furniture: Fully furnished bedroom as well as a desk, chair, and dinette

Per Person Semester Rate: $5,215.00Occupancy: One room is occupied by two (2) residents. Two (2) rooms in each suite
