As COVID-19 affects a growing number of people in our communities, we are taking steps to ensure we’ll continue to be there for you and to meet your needs. We provide evidence-based psychotherapy via telehealth to those that have co-occurring emotional challenges (e.g., anxiety, depression) and health conditions that impact daily functioning and quality of life.
CU Denver Mental Health First Aid Training is a skills-based training on assisting those with mental health and substance-use issues. The 9-hour training is led by qualified experts in the field of health and wellness and takes place at the Lola & Rob Salazar Student Wellness Center.
This is a crisis de-escalation training offered by the Counseling Center. Navigate to this form. For Presentation, Training, or Workshop select “Other (type below).” In the please specify box type, Lynx Connected. The Lynx Connected training is more information than the You Can Help a Student training and less intense than the Mental Health and First Aid training.
