SWAAAC Team Agreement and Loan Library Policies Agreement
- SWAAAC Teams are required to turn in a SWAAAC Team and Loan Library Policies Agreement (new tab) signed by the current Special Education Director and Team Coordinator to access the loan library.
- Educational Audiologists who wish to borrow items from the Assisted Listening Library are also required to turn in an Assisted Listening Loan Library Policies Agreement (new tab) signed by the current Special Education Director.
